I was quite pleased with the look of the packaging upon first look. The products were packaged in boxes that had a very expensive, department store look to them. The actual packaging for the products is quite nice as well. I love red and black, so I of course love the black packaging with red words.
The eyeshadows are great. I received an eyeshadow duo with a plumy-maroon color and a light beige color. I actually picked up this package when I was on the way to a gathering, so I put some of the eyeshadow on right away, as I didn't have any on. I used the eyeliner brush to use the plum along my lash line along with my eyeliner. I then applied a bit more of the plum to my lid and a bit of the beige above that. The colors were great and pigmented. I then swiped on a bit of the lip gloss. It was a nice consistency, not too sticky. The color was a nice, pale pink, perfect for my pale complexion.
I've tried one of the sample packets and the pump bottle. I haven't use the products long enough to notice any significant change in the brightness of my skin. None of the products bothered my skin, which is good as I have somewhat sensitive skin. I like the pump bottle packaging as it is efficient.
All in all, I really enjoyed all these products and would definitely recommend checking them out if you are interested in cosmetics at all. The eyeshadows are worth checking out, as are all the other products really.
